Quality is the foundation of what drives us. Effective QC reduces costs and increases efficiency. All of our processes are designed to meet the highest quality standards. Our organization is ISO 9001-2015 certified and our procedures ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

 

We are equipped with a temperature-controlled purpose built QC room in which we have a Zeiss Contura 7/10/6 Aktiv CNC CMM and a Mititoya Crysta Plus CMM. We do not have our machinists measure their own work.  Our dedicated, trained QC staff are responsible for quality control.
